As a practicing CPA licensed in Michigan, Jason Scian will service our clients in the areas of cash flow projections, capital budgeting, financial manage-ment, cost accounting and forensic accounting. With his experience in the various industries of automotive, manu-facturing, service, healthcare, distribution and real estate, Jason brings tremendous value to our team.

In addition to his most recent position as Senior Internal Auditor of Tri-Mas Corporation in Bloomfield Hills, Jason’s experience also includes public accounting and a business operations background. He has also served as Senior Staff Accountant at UHY Advisors and Clayton & McKervey, P.C. overseeing and reviewing staff audit work.

Jason has taken on an important role in our firm’s court appointed receivership work. His responsibilities include, balancing and projecting cost, negotiating with creditors, interfacing with controllers, property managers, and employees of each company. Jason also analyzes capital expenditures and prepares budgets for those capital investments while working with the banks to ensure they receive all necessary reporting.

Our firm is known for the personal service we offer. Jason’s “hands on” experience at several premier accounting firms where he worked directly with the owners and controllers of middle market companies will greatly complement our firm’s capabilities. This experience enhanced his knowledge in the areas of corporate and personal tax issues, GAAS and GAAP accounting regulations.

Jason holds a Bachelors of Accountancy and a Masters of Science in Finance from Walsh College.
