In addition to being the assistant to the president, Ranie supervises the daily performance and timely completion of consulting engagements. Ranie performs a wide variety of executive duties as well as oversees bank workouts, court receiverships, debt restructuring, creditor plans and cash management.

Ranie has gained valuable experience in facilitating and managing complex organizations and multiple project engagements. She has developed exemplary communication skills that insure exceptional customer satisfaction. Over the last 17 years she has acquired experience in management/supervision, advanced accounting, creating computer programs for budgeting and purchasing, and information technology. Ranie’s skills in training and recruitment have greatly improved staff communication and team work.

Prior to joining Kenneth J. Dalto & Associates, Ranie’s experience included the U.S. Army Military Pay Office in both Alabama and Germany. While assigned to Germany, Ranie received an Army Achievement Medal for helping to convert the US Army pay system from keypunch to computers and developing a process for the recording of cash payments made to military personnel.

After leaving the military, Ranie worked as a data entry clerk at IBM in Princeton, New Jersey. From there, she moved on to become the assistant to the Production/Procurement Officer of Del Monte Foods, Inc.

While at Health Care Exchange, a dental network provider, Ranie developed a computerized data entry program and was promoted from operating clerk to supervisor of the recruiting and data entry department.

Additional experience includes working as an employee tracking the financial side of engineering changes for two different chassis system platforms at ZF Lemforder.
