Deanna has over 15 years experience as an assistant to executive business leaders and community officials. She has significant experience in strategic planning, systems implementation and internal controls, market development, as well as an extensive background in finance, surety bonds, client communication and website outreach. She excels at developing projects that drive growth and increase revenues for business owners and municipalities.
Deanna will be assisting our executive management team in the areas of growth and development, especially in the retail industry.
Using her significant talents in website outreach, media communications and extensive background in online marketing, branding and graphic design, her position here will surely enhance our clients in Michigan businesses and increase their bottom line.
Prior to joining our staff, Deanna's experience includes assisting top city officials for the City of Toledo, including the Mayor, the Director of The Department of Development, the Manager of Housing and the President of The Downtown Toledo Parking Authority.
Deanna has coordinated and assisted with several projects, which include the Toledo-Jeep project, the monthly Economic Development Newsletter and The Toledo Competitive Council Report for the City of Toledo. These projects alone kept the Jeep Corporation in the City of Toledo and retained and increased hundreds of jobs for residents in and around the Toledo, Ohio area. She also developed and coordinated the Premium Services project for one of the top public parking facilities in downtown Toledo, Ohio. This unique service not only increased revenue for local business owners but also provided the convencience of offering quality auto care for employers and visitors in the downtown Toledo area while they work or shop. The Premium Services project is still a tremendous success.
Other recent positions include assisting the Vice President of National Surety and Chief Financial Officer of The Guarantee Company of North America, which provides fidelity and surety bonds in the United States and Canada.
While employed at The Guarantee Company, Deanna coordinated and implemented an electronic invoicing system. This new system increased the overall invoice volume and job productivity throughout 14 offices nationwide.
