Kenneth
Dalto is the founder and owner of Kenneth J. Dalto
& Associates. Our firm is a
nationally recognized turn-around management and
financial consulting firm that assists top executives
and boards of directors with stra-tegic and hands-on
manage-ment of their most challenging and complex
business situations.
Ken
has more than 30 years of executive, entrepreneurial
and consulting experience. He has served as COO,
CFO, and CEO, for a variety of companies involved
in a financial turnaround and profit enhancement.
Over his career, he has helped and conducted turnaround
plans, cash management and control programs, insolvency
analysis, creditors and parties-of-interest negotiations,
due diligence, corporate financings and real estate
workouts. Ken has served in official capacities
as debtor-in-possession, trustee for debtor and
receiver for companies undergoing a Chapter 11
proceeding, out-of-court workouts and liquidations.
Prior to founding his own company 20 years ago,
he was a turnaround manager for an owner-investor
group based in New York City, a financial analyst
and a business writer.
Ken
has supervised and implemented hundreds of turnaround
plans, refinancings and mergers and acquisitions
resulting in the survival and creation of thousands
of jobs in Michigan especially in the automotive
supplier, real estate workouts and engagements.
As a well qualified
consultant, trainer, speaker and author,
many major newspapers, industry magazines, and
national TV shows including CNBC and Fox News,
frequently call upon Ken seeking his opinion on
the current business and financial climate. He
is also a regularly featured speaker at business
seminars conducted by financial institutions,
public agencies, business associations, the automotive
industry and real estate developers throughout
Michigan.
