Greg
primarily focuses on providing turnaround, insolvency,
and specialized financial analysis and day-to-day
consulting to the firm's underperforming clients.
He specializes in crisis management, maintaining
and controlling cash flow requirements and liquidy
issues that arise within a client's daily operations.
Additionally, Greg leads negotiations with both
secured and unsecured creditors which often involve
complex forbearance agreements with senior lenders
and settlements with hostile vendors who are critical
to the continuity of operations.
As
a lead consultant, Greg has held several management
positions within our clients companies, including
Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) and Assignee
in assignment for the benefit of creditor proceedings.
During these engagements, Greg has assisted debtors
with complex situations involving secured lenders
and has successfully implemented numerous cost
cutting initiatives to right-size the clients
business.
Greg
has experience with a diverse clientele, ranging
from automotive, food and material manufacturing,
real estate developers, general contractors, retail
and wholesale distributors, waste management services,
and health clubs.
Greg
also plays a major role in facilitating our client's
debt refinancing needs. He has taken part in numerous
negotiations with commercial middle market, asset-based,
and mezzanine lenders. Greg has assisted our clients
in refinancing over $10,000,000 in debt.
Prior
to joining Kenneth J. Dalto & Associates,
Greg gained experience working with distressed
automotive suppliers in Grant Thornton's Recovery
and Reorganization Group. Working under management,
Greg's roles included data compilation, developing
cash flow projections, and updating operational
and financial summaries for internal analysis.
Greg
is a graduate of Western Michigan University's
Haworth College of Business. He received a Bachelors
of Business Administration, majoring in Finance
with a minor in Accounting. Greg is also currently
enrolled in the University of Detroit Mercy's
Business Turnaround Management program, pursuing
a Master's degree.
In
addition to those academic achievements, Greg
is affiliated with several industry and educational
organizations.
